PlaCoDA is operated for AguaClara Reach plant monitoring and operator alerts. This policy explains what information is collected by the PlaCoDA dashboard and how it is used.
PlaCoDA receives plant telemetry and operator-entered plant records, including notes, service-session times, and the account that recorded them. User accounts may also store a login name, default plant, alert preferences, and browser notification subscription.
Plant telemetry, operator notes, and service times support plant operation, maintenance history, commissioning, and performance analysis. Browser push subscriptions are used only to send requested PlaCoDA alerts.
Users can enable or disable phone alerts from the account page. PlaCoDA does not sell account or notification data or use it for advertising.
PlaCoDA uses service providers such as Railway for hosting and browser push notification services for alert delivery. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the dashboard and deliver requested alerts.
